Memorial portraits
Two photographs. One portrait. They belong in it.
Real reactions
Some of them never got to meet.

Any photo from your phone or computer. Up to 25 MB each.
Would rather we printed and framed it for you? You will be offered that once you have approved your portrait.
How it works
Our team of talented artists can make a stunning portrait out of any quality and amount of photos.
Your portrait comes back straight away. Approve it, or ask for another version. Free either way.
All that's left is to get your phone ready for the reaction when it arrives.
Questions
That is the normal case. We restore before we compose.
Yes. That is the majority of what we do.
No. One light source, one grain across both faces. And you approve your example first.
The portrait appears in seconds and the file downloads the moment you pay. Canvas orders print and ship from the US.
[FILL: reviews] — testimonials go here once they are real.
Drag the picture to choose what the landscape crop keeps.
One of your pictures did not look like a photo of a person, so the studio had to guess. If this is not them, change that photo and try again.
Our promise
You see your portrait before you pay a penny. Tell us what to change and we redraw it. Free, as many times as it takes, until it is them.
Our promise
You approve your portrait before we print anything, and revisions are free and uncapped. If it arrives and it still is not them, you have 30 days to ask for your money back. No form and no argument.
Yes. You are looking at the finished portrait with a watermark over it. Paying lifts the watermark. It is never drawn a second time, so you can never be sent a different portrait from the one you approved.
Tell us what to change and we redraw it: the jaw, the glasses, the hair, the expression. Free, as many times as it takes. If it still is not them, you are refunded.
The file is 4K, 3712 by 4608 pixels. That is 309 DPI across a 12 by 16 inch print, which is well past what a print shop asks for.
About a week from the day you order. It is printed and framed in California or Kentucky, then boxed and posted. [NEEDS: the carrier, whether it is tracked]
We use them to make and remake your portrait, and for nothing else. We do not publish them, sell them, or show them to anyone without asking you first. [NEEDS: how long you keep uploads and finished files]
That is the normal case, and it is what this was built for. We restore before we compose.

The small print
Written for this shop, not copied from another one. Drafted 17 September 2026. Every orange gap is a fact only you can give me.
This shop is run by , trading as , at . Our company number is . You can reach us at .
A portrait, drawn from photographs you send us, of the people in them. Every order includes the print-ready digital file. You may also add:
Prices are shown on the page before you pay and are in US dollars.
We build your portrait and show it to you watermarked. Nothing is charged until you approve it. When you pay, the watermark comes off and the file is released to you.
You keep every right you already have in the photographs you upload. By uploading them you give us permission to store them and work from them for one purpose: making and remaking your portrait, and dealing with any question about your order afterwards. Nothing else. We will not publish them, sell them, or show them to anyone else without asking you first.
You confirm that you are allowed to send us the photographs, and that using them does not break anyone else's rights. If a photograph was taken by a professional studio, the photographer may still own the copyright in it, and it is on you to have their permission.
[NEEDS: anything you refuse to take on, and whether you refund or just decline]
We own the drawing we make. You get a licence to use it [NEEDS: personal use only, or anything you like], for as long as you like, with no further payment. That covers printing it, framing it, hanging it and sharing it with your family. It does not cover reselling it or using it to advertise something, unless we agree that in writing.
Revisions are free and there is no cap on them. Tell us what is wrong and we redraw it. See Refunds and revisions.
Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or hold your card details. Your card is charged when you confirm the order. If a payment fails or is reversed we may hold the file and the print until it is settled.
If we get it wrong, we will put it right: another revision, a reprint, or your money back. Where the law allows us to limit what we owe beyond that, we limit it to what you paid for the order. We do not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the law of , and disputes go to the courts of . If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
We may change these terms. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to your order.
This explains what we hold about you, why, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. Short version: we keep the least we can, for as long as we need to look after your order, and your photographs are not a product we sell.
Because we need it to make the thing you bought and to honour it afterwards. Where the law asks for a legal basis, ours is the contract between us, and our legitimate interest in keeping records of what we sold and to whom. Where you have given us permission for something extra, you can take that permission back.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass your photographs to anyone who is not on that list.
Your photographs and your portrait: [NEEDS: how long you keep uploads and finished files, and whether a customer can ask for them sooner]. Order and payment records: [NEEDS: how long, usually set by your tax rules].
[NEEDS: the countries your data sits in, and whether anything leaves them]
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop using it. Write to and we will answer within [NEEDS: how many days you commit to]. If we hold your photographs and you ask us to delete them, we delete them, including from our print partner where they still hold a copy.
If you are unhappy with how we answer, you can complain to your data protection regulator. [NEEDS: name your regulator, if one covers you]
Most of what we are sent is a photograph of someone who is gone. We treat those files as personal to you. They are never used as an example, a sample or an advertisement unless you have told us in writing that we may.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are not, ask someone who is to place the order. Children appear in plenty of the portraits we draw, and that is fine. We just do not take the order from them.
[NEEDS: what the site stores in a browser beyond what it needs to work, and whether you want a consent banner]
You see your portrait before you pay. If it is not right, you do not pay. That is the first and best protection you have here, and it costs you nothing to use it.
Tell us what to change and we redraw it. The jaw, the glasses, the hair, the expression, a choker you never liked. Ask as many times as you need. We would rather redraw it four times than take money for something that is not them.
You get your money back. No form and no argument. You have [NEEDS: how long after delivery you honour this — 30 days, 60, forever] to ask.
A refunded file is a file we have been paid nothing for, so [NEEDS: whether you ask the customer to stop using and delete the file on a refund]. We cannot unsend a download and we will not pretend otherwise.
A canvas is printed for you and nobody else, so it is a made-to-order item. If you want a refund on one: [NEEDS: whether it has to come back, who pays the return postage, and whether you refund the canvas as well as the file].
Send us a photograph of the damage and we will sort it. If you bought the replacement and delivery cover, that is what it is for. Without the cover: [NEEDS: what you do for a damaged or lost parcel when they have not bought cover].
Back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. It leaves us within [NEEDS: how many working days you commit to]. How long your bank takes after that is up to them, usually a few working days.
None of this replaces the rights the law gives you where you live. If the law gives you more than this policy does, you get the law.
The moment your payment clears, to the email address you gave at checkout. There is no wait and there is nothing to post. Check the address before you pay, because a typo sends your portrait to a stranger.
12 by 16 inches, stretched over a frame, boxed, printed and posted from the United States. About a week from the day you order. [NEEDS: the carrier, whether it is tracked, and whether a signature is needed]
[NEEDS: the countries you post a canvas to, and what a customer outside them sees]
[NEEDS: who pays import duty on an order that crosses a border — you or the customer]
We post to the address you type. If it is wrong and the parcel comes back, we will send it again to the right address; [NEEDS: whether you charge for a second attempt]. If the address is wrong and the parcel does not come back, see the cover.
[NEEDS: how long past the estimate before you treat a parcel as lost, and what you do then]
This page is the only place the cover is defined, so it has to say exactly what you get. It cannot ship with gaps in it: a promise of protection that has not been written down is the kind of thing a regulator reads out loud.
$4.99, once, added to an order that includes a canvas. There is nothing to insure on a download, so it is not offered on one.
[NEEDS: what "lifetime" means here — your lifetime, the buyer's, a number of years]
[NEEDS: what you replace it for — fading, warping, a split canvas, a spill, a house fire, anything at all]
[NEEDS: how many replacements one cover buys]
[NEEDS: whether a replacement is free or whether the customer pays postage]
[NEEDS: exactly what counts — stolen after delivery, lost in transit, damaged in transit, all three]
[NEEDS: how long after the delivery date a claim can be made]
[NEEDS: what you need from them — a photograph, a carrier reference, a police report, nothing]
[NEEDS: whether they get a reprint or the money back, and who chooses]
[NEEDS: your exclusions — deliberate damage, an address they typed wrong, reselling it, anything else]
Write to with your order number and tell us what happened. We answer within [NEEDS: how many days].
This is a promise from us to you about a thing we made. It is not an insurance policy, it is not underwritten by an insurer, and it gives you nothing beyond what is written on this page. [NEEDS: confirm this is true — if you are buying real cover from an insurer, this paragraph has to change and the word "insurance" on the checkout may need a licence]
Not legal advice. These were written from how this shop actually works, and they need a solicitor in to read them before they go live.
